Bonny was flexible with appointment times, on time and always available on the phone, even over the Christmas period! Bonny was confident on a price that exceeded our expectations by 30K. You often hear some agents tell you they have a list of “off market buyers” Bonny had 3 couples see our home and an offer that wasn’t quite what we wanted before going to Market. Bonny was willing to go above and beyond with all aspects of the sale, even helping the purchasers with a variety of things to help them out prior to settlement. The appearance of professionalism doesn't always equate actual professionalism. Just because you are playing a $15,000 commision, don't expect the real-estate agents to have your best interests at heart. They will do anything for the sale including allowing access to your property before settlement without your consent. The real estate gave the keys to the buyers to move their stuff in BEFORE settlement! To top it off I wasn't even afforded an apology. Much regrets going with them that's for sure.
