First home buyers dream!
As a first home buyer, the process originally seemed quite daunting. However with Bonny’s help and knowledge, the journey has been so much easier than I originally thought. Bonny made a stressful process very easy.
Bonny was able to clearly guide us through what we needed to do, was always contactable, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Ontop of all of this we were able to secure above asking sale price, and then was able to tie in our sale and purchase to be the same settlement date.
