Best Agent in Geelong
Always considered real estate agents to be like car salesman, but we were so grateful to meet Mark. His honesty and straight talking I think sets him apart from the other realtors of Geelong. He was always available to contact and nothing we asked of him was ever a drama. He has a great understanding of the Geelong market and was a pleasure to deal with. Mark Mitchell from One Agency is definately the agent to use. I highly recommend him to sell your property. We found Mark on the internet on realestate.com and decided to give him a call after he promptly got back to us with a price way above what another agent previously had said our property was worth. Mark is very approcahable easy to communicate with and always follows through. We recieved alot of feedback from our open days and we were very happy that he always considered what worked for us. His marketing approach was excellent as well as cost effective. The effort he put in was noteable even though his commision was far more reasonable than other agents. Great Negotiator and Communicator
We found Mark Mitchell to be pleasant and well versed in the real estate industry around the highton area. He is professional and has a well balanced attitude when selling property. We had to push the bar a little bit to get the dollar we wanted but when Mark connected with our needs and our belief he was able to strive forward and get an amazing figure which we felt was great compared to most agencies that we have spoken to. Mark was able to sell our house prior to Auction and in fact he connected with the first person before our first inspection. Top job One Agency Mark Mitchell we will definitely refer you to others.

Highly professional service with fantastic outcome!
They say selling a home can be one of the most stressful times, not when Mark Mitchell is involved. He assisted us to sell our rental, while housing a tenant in Geelong and we live in QLD. His charm, charisma and communication between all parties made for a stress free sale within 4 weeks. We were ALWAYS kept informed and nothing was an issue. And now I can sleep easily
The property was reluctantly put on the market due to personal reasons and loss of yet another lot of tennants. Having tried another agent previously with no success and very poor representation it was not hard to engage Mark to try to sell this after he sold my daughters property in a few days. Having over-capitalised a little and with the property as an initial investment I has hoped for a quick sale at a fair price. The problem, due to it's size was finding that small percentage of buyers that could see the vision as 'investors' could not be attracted due to current building trends and stamp duty. Mark was extremely enthusiastic and provided immediate feedback on all inspections. As the time dragged on with what seemed like to me 'no hope of a sale' Marks dedication, enthusiasm and endeavour never wavoured. Having an empty property with no income to back your interest payments can be quite devastating and Mark kept rejigging his plan, having inspections in all weather conditions (some with no attendees) and remaining focused and positive till an offer was made. Mark went back to the purchaser and even got us that 'little bit more'. I would have no hesitating in utilising Mark to sell again (not that I will never need to, seriously) His personable and amicable style is a great estate and his knowledge of the area was terrific. If not for his efforts and persistence who knows where we may be. Thank you so much Mark. You made Christmas 2017 so much better.
