Excellent Service

We recently sold our house through One Agency and had an excellent experience with Mark Mitchell. Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very supportive with every stage of the sale. Great results! Great real estate agent!

Mark is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent. He knows his market and he gets to know his vendors and buyers well. We were fortunate enough to have several offers within a week, and Mark guided us through these offers and assisted us in accepting an offer that was a true win for us. He always presented professionally and was very easy to deal with. His communication was great, he was diligent in organising open for inspections during ISO, and he let us know about all offers and their pros and cons. He was considerate of our needs and balanced the frequency and number of open for inspections to ensure we had maximum market exposure and also sufficient family time.

I would recommend Mark without hesitation.

Mark was recommended by a friend and I’m glad he was. During these trying times in Real Estate I found Marks’ efforts on my behalf and his regular contact to keep me updated with my homes’ sale process to be reassuring. His advice was excellent, based on solid experience and he took the time to explain that advice if I didn’t understand it. His knowledge of selling a home in my area worked well in my favour. Mark always acted and presented professionally and was very particular in observing Covid 19 requirements. If I ever have the need I will use Mark as my selling agent again and recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Mark for a job very well done.

Fantastic service and result
