Natalie is an asset to the real estate industry
From the moment I met Natalie at my first open house inspection for the property I ended up purchasing, I felt welcomed & relaxed due to her friendly & positive personality. It is rare to experience such immediate integrity & a truly genuine approach especially toward potential buyers in the real estate industry based on most of my past experiences. Nothing was ever a problem for Natalie to help get my sale over the line & I felt that no question or request for further inspections etc etc were ever an issue. For me personally, I definitely prefer to buy especially more substantial purchases from someone I actually like/have a report with & this is definitely the case with Natalie. Thank you so much for helping to make my experience as comfortable as possible especially considering how stressful purchasing a property can be. I really appreciate all your kindness & prompt follow ups, definitely the easiest & most pleasant purchase I’ve made in real estate to date.

The sale of my home was a stress less experience.

Absolute gem!
We can't speak highly enough about Natalie. From the very beginning of our campaign - even before we'd listed our property - she walked us through everything. Warm, down to earth and a gun agent, she's been such a light throughout this stressful process. We never felt like a number, she took the time to understand us as sellers, but also as people and that's something you can't go past. Natalie is great !!! Best and easiest experience ever.
I was an out of area Buyer and from the outset could tell Natalie’s depth of local market knowledge was great and could tell you the difference in relative street prices if you needed it which gave me comfort that the advice as someone new to the area would be honest and realistic. Any queries or requests I had Natalie always followed through with and if I left a message to call she always came back promptly. I ended up Buying a property at Illawong which I felt was fair not only for myself but also for the Vendor. Post purchase Natalie has also been very helpful in changing settlement time that I needed and helping with other requests. I highly recommend Natalie if you are looking to Buy or Sell ... trust and integrity is important and Natalie was great on all fronts.

Invaluable support and guidance
Having never sold a home before, and doing so as a single parent with three children, having Lené Mitchell as my Real Estate Agent has been a true blessing. Lené builds rapport quickly, and I learned early on to trust her judgement based on her extensive market knowledge, and her many years of experience in the industry. At my request she offered recommendations for building inspectors, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers - of which all proved positive experiences - and at no point did I feel pressured when it came to offers or auction time. Lené's patience and professionalism were second to none. What I found even more valuable though, was Lené's genuine interest in my story, and the emotional support and guidance she gave me throughout the whole selling process. No question was left unanswered, and I felt comfortable contacting Lené at any time of the day with any query - large or small - and I remain incredibly grateful for her endless reassurance. So overall, what could have been a very daunting process for my children and I, turned out to be an empowering experience from beginning to end. And once my home was sold, Lené was still there offering her expertise and genuine care to help me find a new home for my family, continuing with her support well beyond expectations. I cannot recommend Lené Mitchell highly enough to anyone who is embarking on selling their home, and I will personally carry the positive experiences I have had thoughout this process, forward with me into whatever challenges life has in store for me in the future.
