Professional and Caring

Very Professional AND the human touch
I interviewed several Agents prior to making a final decision on who to engage. I made the decision to use Natalie for several reasons: 1. She described the buyer profile who would be likely to be attracted to my quirky house 2. Based on that profile she made suggestions to improve the marketing and 3. She was infectiously excited about having my home on the OneAgency books. Then Natalie backed up what she had said during our discussion with amazingly competitive agent fee and marketing spend! Throughout the campaign Natalie kept me informed of everything, dropped around to ensure I had everything I needed prior to the house being staged and photographed. Her personal touch made me relax and that she had my interests at heart. To sell the home within 10 days in July and for the amount I had expected to get even prior to Covid-19 was amazing. I would definitely recommend the team at OneAgency and am extremely glad that I selected Natalie Del Grande as the Agent to take care of my sale.

Someone who goes above!
Natalie is a very trustworthy and professional Real Estate Agent who made buying our first home a simple process. She was always very happy to answer any questions we had regarding the property or the process of purchasing in a simple and easy to follow manner. Natalie allows you to take your time when viewing the property so you can really take it in, unlike other agents who will rush you and bombarded you with often useless information. She also gives you the required 'space' you need so you can discuss things privately at a viewing unlike other agents. Natalie's knowledge and experience shines through which made working with her so easy!

Honest and caring agent!!
I had an exceptionally easy time with the sale of my property with Natalie. I found her extremely knowledgeable and trusting. Very honest and she was able to get us the top sale price in a very unpredictable market and not to mention a house that was incomplete with no functioning kitchen and gutted bathrooms.
