I had the misfortune to experience the worst ever treatment by a human in what should have been a professional engagement by a Real Estate Agent. My expectations on the industry were immeasurably damaged by that experience. The thorough, professional , courteous and beyond reasonable engagement by Ash Brown and his team went an enormous way to restore that opinion of the industry. If I'd had an experience like I had with Ash prior to that previous horror experience, I probably would have brushed it off. Ash's initial engagement was considered, professional and considerate. Ash and his team's sales engagement was thorough, delightful and even when things needed resolving that were not in the team's remit, they got it done anyway. The close with the buyer was profession, considerate and well measured for both parties ensuring everyone walked away feeling happy. Ash was very supportive and understanding through the sale of our first home. Ash and his team were happy to explain every aspect leading up to the sale and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Our house was sold in 8 days, before even reaching our first open house, which was a huge surprise to us. Our house was sold for full asking price, which is a testament to Ash knowing the market and knowing how much to put on our house. Ash has continued to be helpful, following the sale, with finding us a rental and assisting us to buy our next adventure. We would definitely use Ash again, should we ever sell.
