It took a lot of phone calls to actually view the property as at the time an offer had been made 3 weeks prior, which eventually faultered. I would like to say that Ash Brown was a lot more proactive once he was made aware of our interest via Josh Fitzgerald who just floundered and said someone would be in contact with us, and after 4 days of wondering and a directly worded text to Josh, things started to happen. Once Ash had knowledge of our genuine interest, he picked up the ball and ran hard. Within 2 days of Ash showing the house the offer was put in and accepted. House Sold!
