Very Easy!

Nigel was AWESOME..!!
Lovely to talk to and talked you through every step from start to finish, Nigel was with me every step of the way and if there was something that I didn’t understand then I called him and would explain It to me, nothing was ever a hassle for Nigel and was always a call away if I needed to ask him anything and let me tell you I had some pretty funny questions but Nigel was not fussed at all. Nigel always kept me up to date with what was going on and who was interested in the house, I would recommend Nigel to sell your house he is very professional and knows the market for his area and always will have your best interest at heart.

Pleasant and helpful. Nothing was a problem.
Renee took the initiative to contact us knowing that we had unsuccessfully tried selling our house with another agent approximately one year ago and that we had bought another property. She offered to assist with a new marketing campaign. We decided to give her the job and thankfully we did as she achieved a very good outcome for us in a very difficult market that was hamstrung due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We found her easy to deal with, professional, has a great knowledge of marketing and property types on the Mornington Peninsula and she genuinely worked hard to achieve the best result for us. The best Real Estate Agent on The Mornington Peninsula
Steve Walsh was an absolute professional when it came to selling our property. He made it very clear on how he would achieve the highest sale price for us and proceeded to deliver. Would give a higher rating if I could
We got three quotes and went with Belinda and Richard of One Agency, due to their honesty, reliability, willingness to listen to our ideas and source the trade help we needed to get the house sale-ready. There was a complex family dynamic in selling the house and Belinda and Richard managed the communications sensitively and proactively. In terms of the sale itself, we got a price that surpassed our expectations on terms that met our needs. Even after the sale, Belinda kept in touch to ensure everything was on track moving towards settlement. It is really hard to believe that an agent can perform that well, but the Belinda and Richard team were exemplary - totally professional, totally attuned to their client's needs and perspectives, and totally without BS (which was very refreshing). I would recommend them to anyone without any hestitation.

Professionalism Personified
Belinda and Richard were a great team. Belinda went above and beyond in organising a gardener and a team to empty and clean my late mother’s residence.
