Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the set-up and optimisation of the granny flat on our investment property. Implementing Tim's advice enabled us to achieve a weekly rental income that exceeded our most optimistic expectations. We could not be more thrilled with Tim and the whole team at One Agency!
