This is the beginning of our build and invest journey and we have just tenented out our first investment property with the help of One Agency Port Mac Wauchope. The staff there have been extremely helping in guiding us as through pre-handover from the builder to tenanting. Great communication from the team, especially Tim Castro. They have been thorough in making sure the ball keeps rolling the whole time. Looking forward to maintaining this relationship through the investment life of the property.

We had been searching for sometime for the perfect long term investment property which we found with the help of the wonderful team at One Agency Wauchope. Right from the start we were impressed with the attitude and professionalism showed by the team. Having purchased we are quite happily having Tim’s department oversee the letting and management of our new home. We have no hesitation in recommending One Agency.

Tim and the team have been great help in getting our first investment property ready for, onto, and off (rented out) the market with epic efficiency. Their help in ensuring we did everything we needed and had everything we needed for this first rental to generate some income was nothing short of fabulous. Their hands-off approach made the process seem like a breeze, exactly what we needed on our first property, especially being so far away from where we live. Onto the next one, many thanks!!

Tim was quick and efficient renting the property to a new tenant, who he fully checked out.

We recently purchased an investment property & dealt with Kirsty. She was absolutely superb & always professional & responsive. Went above & beyond to help with a last minute glitch to ensure we completed the process as quickly as possible. Kirsty was very helpful & made it a positive experience.

It’s early days but the team from One Agency did a great job finding a suitable new tenant in what is usually the quietest time of the year. Tim, Rose and Emily have all contributed to making the necessary arrangements happen smoothly.

Very happy with the service Tim and his team have provided us so far. Right from the start communication was fantastic, and we have felt very comfortable during the marketing process which can feel a little daunting being our first investment property. Would highly recommend One Agency Port Macquarie Wauchope

A big thank you to Tim, Rose, Emily and team. We recently sold our home and needed to find a rental home fair quickly. We haven't rented for over 15 years and were a little worried about the process and tight time frame but Tim and the team went over and above to help us and made us feel at ease. We are so grateful. The entire team has been super helpful and professional. Thank you so much! Harris family
