We were so happy with Sallyann selling our home, she put all her knowledge of the market and professionalism into securing a sale for us in a very short time. If we were ever thinking of selling and buying again in the future, we would not hesitate to list with Sallyann of One Agency. Thank you so much Sallyann and the team. Kim & Len Sparke.

We are more than happy with the service provided by Sallyann in selling our home in this difficult market. SallyAnn made every effort, was professional and was innovative in her dealings with prospective buyers, ensuring we achieved a sale very close to our advertised price and in a shorter timeframe than other properties for sale in our suburb. Thank you Sallyann.

Sallyann, introduced the the premise of interest to us without withholding any information regarding any of our questions (there were a few :). Sallyann provided us with information beyond that of alternative Real Estate Agent/s when comparing appearance, knowledge regarding the neighborhood facilities etc, the general information regarding the background of the premise of interest. Sallyann, has furthermore communicated with the vendor and us in a timely and professional manner. Every detailed aspect of the advertised property was clear and concise - there were no makeover photographs of damages etc. (No damages or of the sought were noticed) All photographs and information was as concise as our personal viewing of the property, property which is now known as HOME our HOME the Magro residence.

We found Sallyann Kennedy of ONE AGENCY Wauchope, very helpful, they help us through every step of the sale. She was very happy to share any knowledge on the sale and also on our new rental property. Her communication style made everything easy and very quick to answer any questions that we had on the sale. We strongly recommend Sallyann from anyone looking to buy a property and looking forward in continuing our business with ONE AGENCY WAUCHOPE.

Sally-Ann is a bright, friendly and very approachable real estate agent. She was always willing to answer any questions I had no matter the time or day. Although we didn't sell our house through Sally, she helped us find our dream forever home. Sally went above and beyond to help us, not many other real estate agents would go to the lengths that Sally did and we are very lucky to have met her.
