As first home owners, we had lots of trouble understanding the process, but Sallyann was very helpful as an Agent to make it easy and understanding. She was very communicative and helped us in every possible way. Her skills are excellent and made us feel special all the time.

SallyAnn, from the moment we contacted her about purchasing our property, was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. SallyAnn worked with us to achieve our dream of purchasing a house on acreage. SallyAnn worked extremely hard to get a positive outcome, for both ourselves and the seller. She kept us up to date throughout all the paperwork and transfer aspects, and we would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the Port Macquarie and Wauchope areas to see her first! You will not be disappointed!

From our very first encounter with Sallyann, she was warm, friendly and most obliging ; she had a great knowledge of the processes involved and keep us up to date and well informed at all times throughout sale. She was then quick to follow up with matters to do with sale and also offered her congrats to us re purchase. It was also nice to witness to professional, warm relationship she had developed with vendor. Sallyann and her Agency was and absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend her to potential purchasers. ... Les Latimore

Without Sallyann's ability to read the market trends, i don't think we would have gained the price we finally got. We were most happy with how the sale went and that Sallyann was the person to help us sell our property.

Sallyann shows humility and care for her listed vendors above and beyond any other agent I've seen. A boutique agency in Wauchope that excels in service, communication & achieving outstanding results. I wish 6 stars was an option.

Sallyann is a great real estate agent. She's polite, reliable, if she couldn't accept our phone calls, she always returned our calls promptly, even outside office hours. Our questions were answered fully. We're certain she got us the best price for us. We were happy with the whole selling experience. We highly recommend Sallyann Kennedy.
