Stephen has sold two houses ( one at Clontarf and one at Newport) for us during 2016 at two different times, both with a contract within a week of hitting the market, at a price we were happy with. In both cases the houses were listed with other agents on the Peninsula for months with little result. Stephen is profession in his approach and keeps his client's informed of the level of interest and best marketing strategy. Has great buyer networks, which is important avoiding having endless parades of non suitable buyers inspecting the property and wasting time. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking to sell anywhere on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

We purchased a property in Scarborough from One Agency who was represented by Stephan Siegfried. We found Stephan an excellent agent as he was very helpful in negotiations between us (the purchasers) and the vendor in relation to price, information concerning the property, pool license, negotiating with the vendor to extend cooling off period to give me an opportunity to view the property as my work commitments required me to travel from Sydney. We found Stephan to have a very thorough understanding of the property market in the Morton Bay / Redcliffe area combined with his professionalism and integrity in dealing with us as purchasers. At no stage did he undermine the Vendors and their interests during the sales process. Stephan gave us exceptional after sales service to the extent that he paid for a defect in an air-conditioning unit to be repaired after the sale was completed and the final inspection was undertaken by us. Stephan expected to sell after a marketing campaign of 5 weeks and he did, having just five open houses prior to the event. The team was a pleasure to work with, the open houses went well, and he kept undesired elements out. He correctly estimated the value it realized at the auction. The presentation on the websites and news papers was immaculate,generating strong interest and got the result I needed. Throughout Stephan kept me up to date with developments, and him and his team really looked after the place during the process. Highly recommend Stephan and his team.
