I have dealt with quite a few managing agents in my time, however One Agency Sarkis Real Estate is outstanding in getting amazing results every time. It is no accident that I have always had really great tenants and achieved the highest result at the time of rent. To have 60 inspections for just 2 inspections (one a pouring Saturday afternoon) cannot happen by chance. They had a great tenant signed up before the driveway was put in for the granny flat! Storm damage, burst sewer pipes, early lease breaks - all handled swiftly so tenants are happy and with as little disruption to rents as possible while keeping out of pocket expenses to a minimum.
