He will keep me in the loop with issues related to my properties when it needs attention, and doesn't leave it for me to find out later on down the track (like I have had with other agents). He will fix minor repairs himself, free of charge, to save me expensive call out fees, for a job that can be done on the spot. The highest quality advertising I've seen in regards to leasing. Nick was always available when contacted. They took numerous prospective tenants through the property and although we had good applications they continued to run inspections daily to find the very best tenant not settling for just anyone. What I appreciate most was the advice in regards to maintenance on the property saving me thousands immediately. Very knowledgeable and has great solutions. Nick even pulled out a tool kit before showing the home commencing on small maintenance jobs saving me more money.
