awesome agent and a good bloke.
Nick was so good to deal with in my opinion that he puts all other agents i have dealt with to shame. a caring man and a true local Nick was very prompt with all my matters and with a wealth of experience and expertise took a lot of anxiety i had out of buying my first home. thanks again for all your help Nick.

Amazing agent!!

After the unethical and reprehensible treatment by another ‘conspicuous’ real estate agency based in Cardiff suburb of Newcastle, my wife and I are very pleased to be able to highly recommend Nick Sarkis of One Agency Real Estate. Nick is very professional in his understanding of the industry and in his dealings with buyers and sellers. He is hardworking, honest and possesses the unusual qualities of integrity and empathy. Found this house online gave Nick a call and straight away I knew I was in good hands. Nick was very attentive to my requests and answered any questions along the way. A very easy and well communicated process.
Nick was very transparent with all dealings we had throughout the process and made the whole transition very easy. He stepped in and assisted in areas i would not have expected an agent to do so which was very much appreciated. With the complexities of securing funding through the banks at the moment there were definately hurdles along the way but the patience Nick showed during the process was second to none.
