Where do we begin to try and explain how impressed we are with Nick's professionalism and knowledge of the area and current markets.
We we introduced to Nick when researching possible options for selling my grandparents house. Knowing that there was a strong chance it would be a private sale within the family, he gave us the information and his own personal opinion if it were him.
In doing so he had our best interests at front of mind which in turn made him forgo an easy sale.
It was that gesture that brought us back to Nick when he was in the process of getting Nick Sarkis OneAgency branch up and running.
Unfortunately my timing was off and we ended up dealing with two of his colleagues due to us wanting the sale to move through and Nick transitioning to his current position at OneAgency.

All of this gave us a renewed sense of confidence and we left him to work his magic.
Nick was able to secure us an purchase price 40k above what the previous two had managed within 9 days of the listing.
Nick continued the excellent communication between ourselves and the purchaser negotiating the contract to work for both parties.
I can't reccomend Nick sarkis enough, he's a loyal, genuine and all round top bloke.
