Fantastic fresh and energetic office!
Courtney Smith was fantastic, friendly and easy to talk to. She was flexible with viewing times to suit my family. My application was processed quickly and efficiently. Since being approved Leah has had me in to sign documents, again flexible with times and easy to communicate with. Couldn't ask for a better group to look after my leasing experience.

Excellent Agency! Highly Recommended!

Generally ok, but more knowledge required
Experience pre-agreement was good however post agreement communication was slow and cumbersome, I expected more knowledge of the property we were leasing from the property managers who gave us the run around Alinta Gas, providing incorrect details for utility connection which they should have done their research beforehand, only to be told at the end it was included in the strata.
