About Claire

Claire has been in the real estate industry since 1996, experiencing every aspect of a Real Estate office from Reception right through to Head of Department but has always been primarily interest in Property Management. Being a home owner, renovator and investor herself, she understand what owners want from their Property Managers, as it does take a team to effectively manage a rent roll to the high standard that one would expect, not just one individual. Claire believe’s in proactively managing properties through being actively involved in all areas of management, not just the ‘day to day’ maintenance and rent collection. To stay relevant in this ever changing market you must continually be preparing your property for the future.

Stacey commenced her real estate career in 2002, working her way up from a Receptionist to a Senior Property Manager. Stacey has joined One Agency South with more than 14 years’ wealth of experience as a Property Manager. Stacey’s strong commitment and dedication ensure her property portfolio runs as smoothly as possible. We made this change to introduce a fresh, new and contemporary brand which gives us scope to expand further into the Southern Corridor. One Agency South delivers Real Estate Services to many Perth suburbs within the Southern Corridor and specialise in Residential and Commercial Property Sales, and Residential and Commercial Property Management, with over 300 million dollars of Real Estate being managed on behalf of their clients. One Agency South has the same long standing staff who is very passionate about the One Agency brand and is looking forward to expanding our property management and sales division to the Southern Corridor. We currently live in a rental property managed by one agency south. They have been great to deal with, everyone is really kind and knowledgeable. We had a few things that needed fixing when moving in and they were dealt with promptly and professionally. We are very happy with our property manager Melissa and many thanks to Tina who showed us the property originally.
