I met Andrew in person at the property one Saturday morning where he outlined the approach that was going to be taken - what the sales plan was, photographs, fliers, getting the best position on websites, open house viewings, and a comprehensive break-down of costs. He outlined all they cosmetic changes I needed to make before photos could be taken and the house go on the market just to make the house that much more saleable. Working as a team with Angela they negotiated to get me the best price, get a price 12% above my expectations. I can't be thankful enough for making an emotional process that much easier.
