Despite all the positive reviews I had a very poor and terrible experience dealng with Andrew on a recent property purchase that had a number of unapproved structures. Given the huge investment being made by buyers when we purchase a property we rely on representations being made and that disclosure and transparency allows us to make fully informed decisions but sadly Andrew was very unprofessional in this regard and did little to enhance the poor reputation of agents who tend to put their own motivations in front of the buyers and vendors who rely on them. In my dealings with Andrew, I found him to be extremely arrogant, very unprofessional and of most concern someone who lacks integrity, and is more concerned about gaining his commission than ensuring that those who entrust him are being fully informed. Communication from Andrew was very poor and often aggressive and when it was obvious that conditions of our offer to purchase were not being met Andrew was very much a bully who would not provide information regarding the property condition that we relied upon. Even the vendors settlement agent noted that he was extremely unhelpful throughout the process. If you want to buy or purchase property with peace of mind I would not recommend Andrew or be very wary and put conditions in place regarding the necessary building approvals. We were very glad we did as we feel Andrew puts his own interests ahead of others and we simply could not trust him.

It's a pleasure to acknowledge Andrew's expertise and honesty culminating in the successful sale of our property, and in a most timely manner. From the beginning of the process we found Andrew, Angela and the team at One Agency very professional and friendly. In preparing our property for market they were extremely helpful with arranging reliable tradespeople with realistic quotes and timelines. In today's market it pays to have the best advertising you can afford and at Andrew's recommendation we staged our property. Can highly recommend this. All in all a very smooth process with a great outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew as our agent in the future.

Andrew and Angela from OneAgency are a dynamic team. My need was to sell my late father's estate in a market that was severely depressed and while I was not even in the same state. Andrew presented me in advance a portfolio of how the property compared with all other properties in the local area complete with maps, photos, and statistics of time on the market. I met Andrew in person at the property one Saturday morning where he outlined the approach that was going to be taken - what the sales plan was, photographs, fliers, getting the best position on websites, open house viewings, and a comprehensive break-down of costs. He outlined all they cosmetic changes I needed to make before photos could be taken and the house go on the market just to make the house that much more saleable. Working as a team with Angela they negotiated to get me the best price, get a price 12% above my expectations. I can't be thankful enough for making an emotional process that much easier. They really are a winning team!
