Being the first time I have sold a house, I wasn’t real comfortable going through the process. Im a single male that felt a lack of support, so I seeker an agency that would understand my position and concerns. Adrian, Tayla and Linda were so understanding and were happy to address any quiries. (Yes,some silly ones..) I’m quite demanding in business and when we started the campaign, I was clear, I wanted a hugely inflated price to start, I was advised not too but on request it was done. After that i didn’t feel I had to control the situation as I had complete trust in my agents. 9pm phone calls with Adrian, Tayla constantly hiding my expensive personal items I had left out through open houses. Can be relied on for support! From marketing my home to sealing the deal, I was happy, comfortable and felt apart of the team. I look forward to doing business with the team at One Agency again in the future. Adrian come to my home after I sold, simply to chat and put a sold sticker on the advertising board. Spoke as mates and about general life, told me to make sure to get to the office for a coffee from time to time. Real estate agents don’t have great reps. Mine was a pure gentleman. Thank you!! 👍🏽
