We could not rate lower than 5 stars, the sale exceeded our expectations due to the hard work, professionalism and attitudes of Adrian and the team at One Agency. Living five hours away we thought would make the process difficult but Adrian made sure we were always kept up to date and walking around the corner on the day of the auction and seeing all the activity, coffee van, banners and the crowd of people we knew we had made the right decision to go with One Agency.

I can't say enough about the One Agency professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. Both Adrian and Tayla bring all these qualities to the table. I picked Adrian as my agent because he answered his phone on a Sunday morning and arranged a meeting early that week because I was short on time. That was a good indication of the level of commitment Adrian and his team have to service. Throughout the entire process, Adrian was extremely responsive and thoughtful in his recommendations. I've worked with a couple of real estate agents in the past and Adrian is the most service-oriented one I've met. Not all situations are alike. Some may want to sell quickly, some want to get the highest price even if it takes a bit longer. Adrian presented me with a good offer early on but advised me to wait for the auction - Trust Adrian! The result was well worth the wait, selling well above my expectation for an amount beyond my dreams. Adrian's skill and energy as an auctioneer on the day was amazing. It was easy to tell he loves what he does and wasn't just going through the motions. Tayla and the whole One Agency team were there and really made me feel I was important.
