Ellen made the entire buying process a breeze from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she was thorough and professional throughout. Great to deal with an Experienced Professional
Ellen sold me this property in 2006. having dealt with her previously it was an easy decision to engage her to sell the property. At our first meeting i was presented with a folder containing a list of recent sales and properties currently on the market, that matched my unit. From there Ellen put forward her strategy organised a photographer and we went to market. Within two days I was presented with offers. I accepted one and from there the stress began. Luckily, I had Ellen in my corner, and she calmly guided me through all my worries and concerns. Ellen kept contact with me throughout the process and in what seemed like ages for me, but was only four weeks, it was great to see Ellen come around to put up the sold sticker. Thank you ellen for your hard work and keeping me calm.

Service Excellence. The process of our purchase was smooth and professional
Our experience with the purchase of our property in Cannonvale was top rate from start to finish. Ellen continually went the extra step to ensure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. She answered any queries promptly and accurately without bias toward buyer or seller. Which is a sure sign of her integrity as an Agent. Although we were the buyers in this case, I would not hesitate to engage her as my selling agent. We engaged Ellen a year earlier when we 1st became interested in buying. She kept in touch through her property lists and found a property that suited our requirements.

Absolutely above and beyond in communication and expertise
Ellen right from our 1st meeting and signing her up to sell our property was all over it. We had buyers and interested parties enquiring within the 1st few days and this continued through the entire short time it was on the market. We were not inundated with waste of time viewings as she would do a great job in subtly picking out the genuine ready to go potential buyers and people that were just wanting to see what's on the market for when they are ready. This process I'm sure is why we got the offers we did in the time we did leading up to our quick sale. As a team both Ellen and Bek were efficient and Professional throughout the process. I cannot speak more highly of them as agents and have no hesitation in recommending them to sell your property. Well done to both of you for making this an easy process to get done.

Ellen was really helpful, supporting and available throughout the process. Ellen was great!
