Chris gave such prompt expert and cheerful service that I was amazed at his ability. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. My house was sold in 7 days at a good price Chris goes to that extra trouble which makes the experience so much easier and less stressful.

Terrific Agent who sold our much loved family home
Chris made a challenging period when selling our late parents home very easy. Chris was generous with his advice and time, and this was months before we put the property on the market. Once we engaged him as our agent Chris delivered what he promised, getting the marketing campaign underway within days and we able to accept a great offer only a few weeks from the start of the campaign. Chris is very approachable and helpful
The purchasing of our house was pretty straight forward and he has been very helpful also since the exchange of contracts. He is quick to return your calls and keeps you updated of what is happening regarding the property. Chris is good to deal with.

Selling was breeze.
Chris was not my first choice of agent, but a chance meeting quickly convinced me Chris was the right person to sell our home and I have not regretted for one minute signing with Chris. Would hire Chris again!
Chris helped us find our new house and sell our current one. Knowing we wanted to move suburbs and were having trouble finding "the house", Chris went above and beyond not only did a letter drop box for us but showed us only a few houses before they came on the market that fit the brief exactly. Having looked for a long time I got to know the agents in the area well. Chris was always authentic, professional, and wasn't trying to hype the market or inflate the price. When it came time to sell, he was truthful, upfront and easy to deal with in what is always a stressful time.
