The words honest and real estate agent generally don't go that well together but in Chris's case they really do. I have bought and sold 4 houses now, and of all the agents I've interviewed or dealt with over the years, Chris is by far the best. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He not only recommended but organised so many tradies for us. He made sure everything was done properly and on time. He sold the property very quickly and got us a good price, (right in the middle of the valuation range he gave us). He's been such a pleasure to deal with I'm almost sad it's all over so quickly. He truly is the most honest, down to earth and helpful agent I have ever come across and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Michael had a big task to do for me. I had to sell the property urgently. As I am very busy during this time of the year and had no time to make the place presentable for inspection , I was stuck! Michael realized my dilemma and he provided professional advise. He had a great team who came in to the property and cleaned up the place inside and out. He kept me updated constantly as I was not living there. It was a peace of mind that he cared and took accountability for the project. When I came in to look what was done.. amazing! I now know why he was recommended by many . The house was sold before auction and the price was exactly what he predicted and I was very pleased. Michael , well done magician!
