Our sale was in excellent hands!
In the recent sale of our house, we found Natalie and her team to be beyond helpful, supportive and professional. Natalie communicated amazingly to us every step of the way and was available at all times. Lene went over and above for us
Lene was absolutely amazing with the way she explained all about the house we were purchasing.A great communicator and went over and above for us.She always did the best she could to help us get the best deal on this property.As my hubby has been ill she understood exactly what we wanted.Would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase in the area.She continues to keep us in the loop with our purchase.She just does not forget about you.We would highly recommend Lene to look after anyone wishing to sell or purchase in the area.We could not speak more highly of Lene's skills as an Estate Agent.We were so happy with Lene's communication skills with us.

Your pure honesty with us from the beginning reassured us we were making the right decision in choosing you as our agent. You never said “yes, just sell it” and never said “just keep it”. You had given us a lot of time and information with zero hassle and to be thorough in our decision, as it was a hard one to make. Once we agreed “Yes, sell it” through every stage there was no pressure at all from you, literally none what so ever, your weekly reports and phone calls just letting us know where things were at, we truly can not stress enough about how much we didn’t stress about the process of it AT ALL. Job done in Menai
In the most part all very good. Our property was sold quickly and we were satisfied with the sale price. Adam was very strong with keeping us in the loop and up to date. Calling my wife Dianne instead of Donna is a small niggle. My only major “complaint” would be a charge of $500 odd dollars I was stealthily charged for an auctioneer which wasn’t required but apparently they “pre book” and can’t be undone. (Sneaky charge in my view) Worse still was despite my requests for review I have just been ignored. Not even a NO. Apart from that all else went fine.

Went above the call of duty
She was professional, friendly and went above the call of duty, even giving us flowers when we were stressed! Can't recommend her highly enough. Let's hope our connection goes further in the future, and we really appreciate the significant role she played in the sale of our house. Would highly (and have already) recommended Natalie to others who are thinking about downsizing or selling their property.
