Adam was an obvious choice when selecting an agent to market and sell our late Mothers home in Menai. He and Liz Butler visited and gave us an initial appraisal of the property for probate along with two other agents. We were both were of one accord when we selected Adam and Liz when we were ready to put the home on the market. They both stood out as genuine and capable and interested in securing the best possible price for the property. He was extremely professional and available while Liz was as professional and primarily our contact, responsible for the day to day sale and negotiation with buyers. Adam lived up to his initial offer to assist in any way he and his agency could assist us, above and beyond the sale role, offering to help in the preparation of the property for sale. This included helping personally with the help of other agents in his office to move heavy items out for collection when needed and referrals to trustworthy tradespeople. Although not directly as involved with the day to day work he was available and would check in to advise and ensure all was progressing well. In summary we found Adam to be professional, honest, genuine and reliable in his dealings with us.
