Amazing communication with all parties
Gr8 communications with seller and potential buyers through out the two month process including six weeks of open days and personal viewings for those persons encumbered with all types of commitments. An excellent auction which attracted over nine registered bidders with an audience upwards of sixty. A true gentleman!
Selling a family home of 40+ years is an emotional journey. When we first met with Adam, we felt nothing compassion and care. Adam took the time to understand what was important to us through the process & held our hands from start to finish. It’s hard to describe, but at no point did it ever feel like a business transaction. Adam was everything you’d expect from an Agent; very responsive, professional & knowledgeable. However, he was equally generous with his time, led with his heart and truly cared about us as a family. Our family now has an extra person in it!
