Tina and her team did an excellent job selling our father’s home at West Pennant Hills. An All-round and Professional Agent
Tina successfully helped us again to sell our property. She had also managed our properties before the sale. Gabriel is very nice person. Before we confirmed to buy, we had visited this apartment for three times. Every time, he arrived in advance and switched on the air conditioner, to create a comfortable room for inspection. At first, we almost gave up buying this room for some reasons. After his efforts, we came back. I want to say that he is professional person to help us solve problems to push this transaction successful. He is reliable and diligent agent. For our request or questions, he always assist us. He never throwed them to others. Otherwise, without his efforts and feedback our queries quickly and frankly, we couldn't buy it.

Exceeded my expectation!
Selling an apartment during this market condition is not going to be easy - I didn't expect too much from the beginning But luckily i found Tina who helped me to handle all the tough work, from talking to my existing tenants, putting up a nice advertisement to searching for a right buyer.. Sydney North Shore’s best agency
Tina, Ennio & Gabriel were responsible for selling our previous home ten years ago. At that time, I found the team to be professional, honest, reliable and meticulous. They sold that home at the top end of our expectations and whole process was very smooth. So, this time round, ten years later, there was never any doubt about which agency we would trust to sell our home. Tina and her team again went above and beyond our expectations, selling it at a very good price and in a short time. We had already vacated the property and moved interstate. So, the team managed everything from the cleaning and staging furniture, to the perfect presentation for inspections. Great advice that helped us to get our property in the market and achieved a great outcome for us.
