One agency managed the transition from one tenant to another really well this year, juggling repairs and tradespeople. As a tenant, One Agency has been the best experience I've had. Sophie has been able to help us out with any issues that arise, and all our interactions with the team have been professional and friendly. We had to inspect the house virtually, and Sophie was very helpful in answering our many questions about the property. I also feel that the property was very accurately described by One Agency, when I first arrived I was very impressed by how closely everything matches the advertisements.

Firstly, the staff confirmed I got approved for my application. Later, they said which is not approved by the landlord. This is annoying 🤬. Secondly, I opted the one available at that time. No other choice I have, as I am migrating from other country with 1 year old baby. since the 2 months of stay, I requested maintenance work, informed to the staff , emailed to property manager as well. No reply, nor work done yet. Also, I explained everything and emailed to the property manager. I wouldn't expect such a bad reply from a property manager. So annoying and disappointing . I'm not happy with Tarnya Murtha. She should learn how to deal with the customers, we are paying for our accomodation, not free of cost. I'm not happy with these, my personal experience. Sorry to say, very bad
