Personnel management
Tarnya and her team are always helpful, quickly return calls and ensure my rental is kept in good order. The house was in excellent condition on the departure of previous tenants. Some of that is down to the tenants, but I believe the key is the vetting of tenants and the relationship the team have with tenants too. Keep up the good work.

Professional and helpful
Annmarie has been very helpful in quickly getting our application processed and approved. She is informative, courteous and timely in her responses and was readily available whenever we have questions or concerns regarding the house. She is extremely friendly and always goes the extra mile to help out. Cannot recommend her and Ray White Douglas enough.

Great Property Management
Tarnya and her team is doing property management for my property since I purchased it in Dec 2021. They work independently and autonomously. They helped me with organisation of all minor upgrades (About $5000) of the property to make it better house for tenants. Tarnya took required time to find the best possible tenant for the property. She resolves any issues that tenants have it. Overall very happy with the prompt PM service.
