We purchased an Investment property in Douglas, Townsville where Nicole Plozza was the agent. The property is for our daughter to rent and she attended the first viewing where we got a nice video run through. There were other interested buyers and Nicole made sure that we were aware that an offer had been put in and gave us the opportunity to also put in an offer. Communications was great throughout the process and we ended up purchasing the property. What also impressed me was that Nicole made herself available and answered all our questions and follow ups after the sale, and even met us at the property prior to settlement so we could view it first hand. We had a couple of issues after settlement and Nicole still made herself available and responded to our messages, including market information on rent and providing us with a copy of the Queensland rental agreement.
