Communications was great throughout the process and we ended up purchasing the property. What also impressed me was that Nicole made herself available and answered all our questions and follow ups after the sale, and even met us at the property prior to settlement so we could view it first hand. We had a couple of issues after settlement and Nicole still made herself available and responded to our messages, including market information on rent and providing us with a copy of the Queensland rental agreement.
