Nicole was exceptionally easy to deal with (and one of the few agents we encountered who would actually return a call when we enquired about properties to buy). She was fantastic to deal with both through the negotiation and contract process, and full of lots of helpful hints and advise about the local market which was especially useful to us being out of town buyers.
