Nicole sold our Townsville DHA investment property. All was done just over the phone and email contact with us and there was no need to visit the office since we were up FNQ. This saved us time, flights and accommodation. Everything was single handed via Nicole. She managed the DHA handover and liaised with DHA for the fixes and reimbursement for a broken vanity. She arranged the mowing service, cleaning and installation of the vanity. She advised us on the conveyancer which saved money in conveyancing fees and potential communication issues. She went beyond the Real Estate services an duties which is a huge relief when you cannot attend the place. We highly recommend Nicole for her professional services and how she dealt with us.
