I engaged Nicole to sell a house in Townsville as a long time absentee owner after reading online reviews and experiencing appalling service from another agent in Townsville. She and her team were excellent in managing every aspect from preparation for sale, management of tenancy, showing and marketing the house to the right buyers to secure a prompt sale and closing out the deal with a minimum of fuss. I would highly commend Nicole as one of the best real estate agents I have had dealings with. If she can sell a post-flood rebuild house in a pandemic lockdown I think its safe to say in choosing Nicole you are in good hands.

Always the very best
I purchased my home from Nicole in 2010 so it was natural that we then asked her to sell it this year for us. In the 10 years between we have sought advice from Nicole several times and she has always been so quick to answer and friendly to deal with - it's like having a best friend help you! In this crazy 2020 we thought we'd have terrible difficulty selling but Nicole had it done and dusted in less than 2 months. Nicole goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best sale possible.
