Holly was very appreciate approachable and was good at selling my house although it really sold itself. Her estimate for the house was much lower than what it sold for. But on the day of settlement she contacted me directly in stead of my solicitor and said that the new owners wanted to take $3000 off the sale of the house due to wear and tear one the walls and carpet. She also threatened me that if I didn’t agree settlement would not go ahead that day. She knew I had to settle at my new home that day. I felt that she was not advocating for me and was working for the new owners. This was very disappointing as to get the carpet cleaned and plaster over the small holes in the wall world not cost $3000. But holly pressured me into agreeing. Therefore i lost $3000 on the sale price of my property which should never have happened. She didn’t even give me the option to speak to my solicitor before making the decision. I think holly changed here focus from working for me today working for the new owners. This disappointed me Andrea caused me a lot of stress.
