Selling our first home
I dont know where to start with recommending Mel. From the get go Mel was always so welcoming and knowledgeable, always taking her time out to ring me, email me answer any little weird question I had about selling a house for a start then further on during the sale process. This is our first home we have ever sold and is our family home and Mel knew we needed to make the most of the sale and our situation! We actually sold in a few days from first open home with so many written offers and selling way over what we thought we could get! From that time Mel has continued to tell me what would happen next and still able to answer all our questions. We would have no issues in recommending Mel to anyone else and we would hope to use her in the future! Thank you once again - The Barklems x

Amazing experience
I always have been told that selling your house is a long stressful experience however this was not the case for my first house sale which I believe was due too Mels amazing ability to solve all arising issues. I moved away before my now sold house hit the market and all I did was hand my keys to Mel and the rest was handled by herself. Mel was able to sell the house for above market value and also in an amazing 1 week 1 open house time frame. Never hard to contact her and everything promised was achieved plus more. Above and beyond expectations and would highly recommend Mels services.

Mel is an exceptional agent

Easy & Professional
Holly's advice and professionalism to sell our house gave us confidence straight away that we had the right person to sell our house.
