Communication was important as I don't live in the area, 10/10 for keeping me in the loop. I'm a busy business women, I left it mostly to Mel who did me proud. Professional at all times, this girl knows her stuff, but at the same time gave me freedom to go with what I wanted. and it all started with a flyer in our mail box! In the past we haven’t made contact via these types of marketing as we are more so ‘word of mouth’ type people BUT this time we did and we are so glad. From the moment we met Mel, our decision was made and we knew she was the right agent for us. She has a wealth of realestate knowledge and as a person is so genuine. Way before we were ready to sell, Mel was happy to look at the property while still under renovation as we didn’t want to over capitalise and she was incredible with providing us the facts and figures about our area so we could make the right decisions. With a few false starts to our sale she was incredibly understanding the entire time and considerate. At no point was she pushy but she was definitely proactive and we felt supported. Since finally making it to sale day, it has proven that the whole way along she didn’t give us any false expectations and was on the money.
