Daniel, was a great help for selling my townhouse. there was a handful of contract issues, building & pest discrepancies, & buyer bank delays. Daniel went over and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible with the difficulties we faced. his pricing, packages and communication were above expectation and if any one is looking to sell he is the person to do so. dont even bother asking anyone else save yourself the time and sell with Dan.
