Having had a sale managed fairly recently with an Agent from one of the big Real Estate Agencies, I was interested in understanding what One Percent Property could offer since discovering that almost nothing was negotiable with the bigger agencies, as far as what ‘signatures’, commission rates & sundry costs had to be observed & paid for by the client. Daniel was readily available for communication at all times right through to settlement, and was always a step ahead and made it very clear what was expected as the next step during the process of buying.
