Amazing, professional, supportive agent - Look no further than David
The ease of selling our home was outstanding thanks to David - He kept in regular contact, was always very honest and open and really gave the whole experience a personal touch. The very first meeting through to 3 weeks later going unconditional was so seamless, super relaxed and everything just flowed smoothly. The fact we saved so much on commission, and him getting us a really great price on the house were just the icing on the cake really! We couldnt recommend David enough, wouldnt ever use anyone other than him

Professional, honest and hardworking
Aaron recently helped me to purchase a property and has been outstanding in terms of communication, knowledge and experience. David has restored our faith in Real Estate Agents. Don't look anywhere else!
My wife and I have bought and sold 11 properties over the years and after several frustrating and costly experiences David Sullivan @ One per Cent has utterly restored our faith Real Estate Agents. David grabbed hold of our sale from the very beginning and whether it was the amusing, standout promo video or the very professional open homes, he managed everything perfectly. Add to this a best in class commission rate, great communication at each stage and a sale price after only 3 weeks that far exceeded our expectations (and other agents' valuations!) then this is an absolutely winning formula. David even recommended us to a great Conveyancing Lawyer at half the price we normally pay. We have no hesitation at all in recommending David @ One Per Cent!

Bad communication and pushy realtor
We didn’t enjoy our experience with Aaron. Aaron was pushy and did not care about concerns that we had. Instead he brushed everything off and mocked us. Communication is not his forte either.

Wow, 10 out of 10 from start to finish!
Aaron has been incredible from start to finish, not only is Aaron incredibly professional but what set him apart from the rest for me was feeling comfortable to talk openly and honestly from day one knowing he genuinely cares in doing the best job for his clients, he gave us fantastic advice as this was our first house sale it can be quite daunting, everything got alot easier after meeting Aaron, I will have no hesitation in recommending Aaron to all Family and friends. thank you Aaron

Professionalism, reliable and honest !
Aaron is a very professional, trustworthy and reliable Realestate Agent and has gone above and beyond, helping us with our property purchase. He helped us every step of the way during a hard yet sometimes stressful time especially since there were few matters raised. He has kept in contact with us the whole way through and made himself available at all time. We appreciate that he always put into consideration the buyer and seller wishes to deliver the best possible outcome for both parties which not all the Realestate Agent do unfortunately. We received and exceptional level of services and responsiveness and for all of these, we had the best experience and we certainly cannot recommend him enough for your home or your next purchase!

Straight out honest genuine guy
My experience with Aaron was unbelievable He launched a blitzcreg campaign And one first open home we had 30 groups come through 4 offers the same day!! Sold that same night!! If you want the best Forget the rest Aaron of one percent realtor will get your result

Easy, helpful and honest
Aaron sold me my first home. I had no experience and my knowledge was limited but he broke everything down so i could easily understand it and was always contactable for any questions i had. I couldn’t of asked for any more from an agent. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
