Aaron Lau and One Percent Property Sales are the Best on the Gold Coast, there Sales and Marketing achieved an excellent result.. Aaron is marvellous, he goes beyond his role of duty. I had difficulties during the Sale of my property and Aaron stuck by me through it. Most Agents would have walked but not Aaron. If a bench mark was given on results from 1 to 10 then I would rate Aaron a 12 out of 10. Thank you so much.

Stuart had great knowledge of the local market and was a pleasure to deal with, owning multiple investment properties ourselves we had our finger on the local market also so we sat down and agreed on a price to put the house to market and there was a contract within a fortnight. I would not hesitate to use Stuart again.

Immediately from first impressions, we could tell Stuart from One Percent wasn’t just looking to make a quick sell… he was the only real estate agent we found who actually cares about you finding the right property. He was extremely helpful, friendly & honest, which with us being first homebuyers, was invaluable. When we found our dream home and were ready to buy, the whole process went smoothly from offer to settlement! Cannot recommend Stuart & One Percent more !

From day one was impressed by Aaron’s service. He is a good communicator, ethical and went out his way to deliver for both the buyer (me) and the vendor. Not like other real estate agents, definitely highly recommend his service!

A true real estate professional. We were provided with a well presented and honest appraisal, excellent communication & feedback, and our property sold at the first Open House. You can’t ask for more than that!

We had our appointment with Stuart who was honest In his appraisal. We agreed on an asking price which was lower than my expectations. Once the advertising went live, I showed my house to a prospective purchaser the next day. Referring the purchaser to Stuart, This inspection lead to a contract for asking price.
