Like many others my experience dealing with agents has been a mixed bag in the past, but I can easily say that David and 1% Property are at the top of the list easily! Honesty, integrity, gets the property in front of the right buyers, looked after everything and nothing was a hassle! I will definitely be bypassing the "rock star" agents that like getting their heads up on billboards and going with a bloke who actually works hard for you! All round great experience selling with David. He is personable , to the point and easy to deal with. He did what he said he would do! While David’s commission is lower, his service doesn’t reflect this. The system David uses is fair and transparent for buyers and achieves the best outcomes for sellers.
