I found Aaron Lau to be a most reliable and dependable real estate agent. He was punctual, reliable, diplomatic and polite with everyone, honest and most efficient. In the recent times of sales frenzies, many agents (agencies) came over as insincere and didn’t need to expend the extra effort to accomplish a sale. In comparison, Aaron was true to his word in diligently informing of ‘a similar property ‘ after my disappointment in previously missing out on another. He gave me an opportunity to view the great property which I will be moving into soon. Had he not done so, I’m sure I would not have been quick enough to attend the first ‘open home’ within the time frame needed to submit my offer, and he kept me up-dated on how to proceed in submitting my offer, without being 'pushey'. Aaron was very helpful and accommodating to both the Vendor and myself in arranging additional inspections and surveys, resulting in a quick sale/purchase to everyone’s satisfaction.
