After emigrating to Australia from the UK, and with the rental market being so competitive, we decided to buy as we're lucky enough to have the funds already in place. We viewed several properties and dealt with several agents and David was by far the most approachable and easiest to deal with. From having our offer accepted to moving in was just 16 days, a time frame that would be completely unheard of in the UK!! David was easily contactable throughout the process, he answered loads of questions and nothing was too much bother for him. I would highly recommend David and we will most definitely be contacting him again in the future as and when we decide to move/invest in more property.
