Aaron is a real estate genius. He knows what type of buyer is likely to be interested in your property and he knows how to market it. When he offers you advice on things that may need attention prior to sale, please listen to him. We followed his advice exactly, and we achieved a record number of groups attending at the open day, a record number of offers, and a record price for the dwelling type in the area as well. The time from first meeting Aaron to unconditional contract was less than 6 weeks. I also found Aaron to be a gentleman and have a great sense of humour. I feel that I've gained a friend rather than hired a real estate agent. We recommend him highly.
