Michael and his team were professional, helpful, efficient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions and always responding via e mail or through a call. Michael is personable, kind, and ethical - not at all what I expected a real estate agent to be like. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Have dealt with a lot of realestate agents and Mike is without a doubt one of the best. Following up without being prompted and true to his word to name a few of the traits that really helped not just with the sale but my purchase as well. I highly recommend him.

Attended promptly and gave, what eventuated to be, quite an accurate assessment of the home’s sales potential. His marketing strategy and material was well presented…. and followed. We had a particular need in the sales process and Michael was able to negotiate a great outcome between us(the sellers) and the purchasers. It was a win win for both parties…… a special thanks to Michael here and to the purchasers. Michael was always friendly, provided his recommendations and gave us the time and space to deliberate. Michael is highly professional and has a fantastic knowledge of the area. I cannot praise Michael enough, it was a big step in selling the home and Michael was kind and understanding and a comfort through the entire process.
