We'd both bought and sold property in Palmyra with Michael before, so he was the obvious choice for the sale of our late parents' house in Attadale. The house was appropriately priced, and sold to a cash buyer the same weekend it was advertised. Michael made the whole thing easy, and he also explained about sale pending probate, which helped us a lot. We were really happy with the sale price, and with the high standard of professionalism we encountered from all his staff. We'd definitely recommend him.
