Sam was excellent to work with on the sale of our townhouse. It was a complicated deal as we had to manage a number of timelines and an additional agreement to the contract (put and call) to alter the contract date. Sam, ensured everything went through smoothly. The price he achieved was above my expectations with better terms than anticipated as well, the buyer agreed to all my terms including the more complex agreement structure. Nikolai and his team have an incredible drive for excellence and made everything work like clockwork leading to a great outcome in selling our property. This is even more remarkable because, being based interstate, we had to sell a deceased estate property that needed considerable (and timely) work to get it ready for sale.
